We finished constructing a mushroom shed end of March 2020.
Mr. Shiny Soon of Cendawan 真的旺 not only provided technical advice on the setup but also sponsored 310 mushroom baglogs.
In only a week, we manage to harvest significant amount of mushrooms for our own consumption. Our senior residents are so motivated and happy that they can personally harvest the mushrooms for their own dinner plate.
We are happy to recognise the success of this meaningful outdoor project for our senior residents that we plan to replicate it in the future.
